National standard for valves: GB5135.6-2018 Automatic Sprinkler Fire Suppression Systems
2023-06-09
Since the valve seat is composed of a tungsten carbide Teflon sealing ring and a disc spring, it exhibits excellent adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature, ensuring no leakage or slipping occurs within the specified pressure and temperature ranges.
Large-diameter gate valves are suitable for small-diameter pipelines rated from Class 150 to 2500, with operating temperatures ranging from -29°C to 425°C (for carbon steel) or -29°C to 500°C (for stainless steel). These valves are designed to either shut off or fully open the flow of media within the pipeline. By selecting different materials, they can handle a wide variety of fluids, including water, steam, oils, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, and more. They are particularly commonly used in petroleum pipelines.
The high-pressure chamber of the ammonia valve is connected to the cylinder, while the low-pressure chamber serves as the gas outlet, leading directly to the application system. The high-pressure gauge indicates the pressure of the gas stored inside the cylinder. Meanwhile, the outlet pressure on the low-pressure gauge can be precisely controlled using the adjusting screw.
