CCKTS pneumatic/electric single-seat control valve features a simple structural design, low flow resistance, and exceptional flow capacity. It also delivers high control precision. This valve is ideal for applications requiring excellent shut-off performance—specifically in scenarios involving clean fluids at high, ambient, or cryogenic temperatures, as well as medium- and low-pressure conditions.

The valve features a simple design with a straight-through, arc-shaped flow path that ensures excellent flow capacity. It consists of key components such as the valve body, valve seat, valve core, stem, packing gland, and bonnet assembly. The flow channel is designed in an S-shaped streamline configuration, offering minimal pressure drop, high flow rates, and a wide adjustable range. Additionally, the valve core is equipped with a dedicated guide sleeve, providing ample guiding area, superior vibration resistance, and smooth operation. The precise alignment between the valve seat and core further enhances control accuracy. Depending on the specific application requirements, the valve can be paired with either a pneumatic or electric actuator, delivering advantages like compact design, small footprint, lightweight construction, robust output force, and highly responsive performance. Due to its unique single-valve core and seat design, the medium flowing through the valve experiences significant unbalanced forces acting on the core. As a result, this valve series is ideally suited for applications where low leakage rates are critical and where the pressure differential across the valve remains relatively modest.
