CCKGM Diaphragm Control Valve
Product Details
The CCKGM pneumatic/electric diaphragm control valve features a "mountain-shaped" protrusion between the diaphragm and valve body, creating a robust seal against the process medium. This design ensures that all internal components within the valve bonnet remain completely isolated from the media, eliminating the need for packing seals at the valve stem and effectively preventing any potential leakage. Widely used in industrial automation systems across sectors such as petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals, this valve is particularly well-suited for applications involving highly corrosive, high-viscosity media, as well as fluids containing particles or fibers—offering reliable shut-off and precise flow regulation even under challenging conditions.

The CCK series of specially designed regulating valves are tailored for use in exceptional operating conditions. These valves feature advanced characteristics such as high corrosion resistance, ability to withstand low (or high) temperatures, and excellent wear resistance. They are ideally suited for applications involving particularly challenging environments—such as installations in critical process sections where highly corrosive media like hydrochloric or sulfuric acid are handled, or in industries like paper production, agrochemicals, and mineral processing, where conditions can be extremely harsh.
