The CCKYS Y-type pneumatic/electric drain valve features an inclined valve stem and an optimally designed flow passage geometry, ensuring the valve achieves the highest possible C-value. The valve’s sealing surfaces undergo integral hardening treatment, providing exceptional resistance to high temperatures and erosion. Additionally, the guide ring at the bottom of the valve disc directs fluid flow in a nearly straight-line pattern, effectively eliminating any adverse reactions caused by lateral impacts. This valve is ideally suited for power plant steam systems used for rapid "drainage" and "condensate removal."
The CCK series special-function regulating valves are designed specifically for demanding operating conditions. These valves feature exceptional resistance to high corrosion, as well as the ability to withstand both low and high temperatures and exhibit excellent wear resistance. They are ideally suited for applications in particularly challenging environments—such as installations in critical process sections where highly corrosive media like hydrochloric or sulfuric acid are handled, or in industries like paper production, agrochemicals, and mineral processing.
