CCKBJ Eccentric High-Performance Sealed Butterfly Valve
Category: Butterfly valve
Product Details
The CCKBJ high-performance sealing butterfly valve features a triple-eccentric design—eccentricity in the shaft, diameter, and angular position. The valve disc’s sealing surface is shaped like a spherical arc, creating a wedge-like sealing effect against the valve seat (the tighter it closes, the better the seal). When the valve opens, the disc quickly disengages from the sealing ring, significantly reducing friction on the sealing surfaces. Thanks to the eccentric design, operating torque is greatly minimized, lowering the cost of actuator configuration. This valve boasts advantages such as low flow resistance, a high-rated flow coefficient, strong self-cleaning capability, and excellent shut-off performance. It is widely used in applications requiring tight shutoff and precise control of medium-pressure, large-flow fluids—including air, combustion gases, water, chemical media, and even fluids containing solid particles.

The CCK series butterfly valve is a simple-structured on/off control valve, consisting of a valve body, stem, disc, and packing gland. The valve body has a cylindrical shape with an integrated disc that rotates 90° around its own axis inside the valve, enabling the valve to open, close, or regulate the flow of the medium. When fully open, the butterfly valve offers minimal flow resistance, while achieving sensitive flow control—displaying near-equal percentage characteristics—when positioned between 15° and 70°. These valves are classified into three main types based on their structure and functionality: centerline low-load butterfly valves, high-performance eccentric butterfly valves, and soft-sealed butterfly valves. Butterfly valves are ideally suited for applications involving large-diameter pipelines, high-flow rates, and unclean media, delivering excellent fluid-control performance.
