The CCKBL low-load butterfly valve features a simple design with a straight-through flow path, offering excellent flow capacity. It is typically used for controlling large-flow, low-pressure-drop fluids. Primarily employed in the regulation of flue gas and coal gas, this valve is also well-suited for adjusting highly viscous, suspended fluid media. It finds extensive application across industries such as metallurgy, light textiles, municipal engineering, and more.

The CCK series butterfly valve is a simple-structured on/off control valve, consisting of a valve body, stem, disc, and packing gland. The valve body has a cylindrical shape with an integrated disc that rotates 90° around its axis inside the valve, enabling the valve to open, close, or precisely regulate the flow of media. When fully open, the butterfly valve offers minimal flow resistance, while achieving sensitive flow control—displaying near-equal percentage characteristics—when positioned between 15° and 70°. These valves are classified into three main types based on their structure and functionality: centerline low-load butterfly valves, high-performance eccentric butterfly valves, and soft-sealed butterfly valves. Butterfly valves are ideally suited for applications involving large-diameter pipelines, high-flow rates, and non-clean media, delivering excellent fluid-control performance.
