The CCKZZY-2 pressure regulating valve, a poppet-type design, taps pressure upstream of the valve. The valve spool initially remains in the closed position; however, as upstream pressure rises, the spool gradually opens wider, dynamically adjusting both upstream pressure and flow rate to maintain the pressure at a set, stable value—thus achieving precise pressure regulation. This valve is widely used in automated control systems for reducing, stabilizing, or relieving pressure in gaseous, liquid, and steam applications.

The CCK series self-operated control valve requires no external power source, instead using the energy inherent in the controlled medium itself as its driving force. It incorporates an actuator to precisely regulate the position of the valve core, thereby adjusting the pressure differential and flow rate across the valve and maintaining stable upstream (or downstream) pressure.
