The CCKDT pneumatic/electric three-way control valve combines two incoming fluid streams into a single outgoing flow, allowing for precise proportional control or seamless switching between the media flows. This valve has two inlets and one outlet. When DN ≤ 65, the combining valve can also be used as a diverting valve.

The CCK series three-way control valve features a spool designed with a cylindrical window structure, paired with a single-seat valve seat. The valve is composed of key components such as the valve body, valve seat, spool, stem, packing gland, and upper bonnet. It boasts a compact design, lightweight construction, sensitive operation, and precise flow characteristics. Like the sleeve in cage valves, the CCK spool comes in two variants: one with large open windows for straightforward flow control, and another with small perforations (jet-type design), which effectively reduces noise and minimizes resonance. The three-way control valve incorporates two spools and valve seats, sharing a similar structure to that of a double-seat valve. In this design, as the flow area between one spool and its seat increases, the flow area between the other spool and its seat decreases—creating a complementary relationship. When one path is fully closed, the opposite path remains fully open. Importantly, the opening and closing actions of the CCK series three-way valve can only be controlled by selecting either the actuator’s direct or reverse action. This unique feature allows the CCK valve to seamlessly replace both air-to-open and air-to-close configurations, significantly cutting costs and optimizing installation space. With three ports connected directly to the pipeline, the CCK series three-way valve is categorized into two types based on its function: a mixing valve or a diverting valve. Its primary purpose is to precisely regulate the ratio or switching of media flows—whether combining or splitting streams—ensuring accurate process control. These valves are widely used in industries such as power plants, chemical processing, petroleum refining, metallurgy, and more, where maintaining critical process parameters at set values is essential.
