Product Details
Overview
The valve features an advanced and well-designed structure, with seamlessly integrated curved flow passages that minimize flow resistance while maintaining exceptional throughput capacity. It consists of components such as the valve body, valve bonnet, valve plug, sleeve, stem, and packing gland.
The valve plug is guided by a sleeve and features automatic centering. With its large guiding area, the valve plug boasts excellent vibration resistance, ensuring smooth operation and high adjustment accuracy.
The sleeve is securely fixed inside the valve chamber using a compression-type mechanism, making assembly and disassembly simple and maintenance convenient.
The unique cage design is suitable for demanding operating conditions such as flash and cavitation, and also ideal for controlling clean fluids under significant pressure differentials.

Features
The valve core is designed based on the force-balancing principle, featuring small unbalanced forces and excellent dynamic stability. The sealing assembly adopts a double-seat design. This valve is suitable for applications where there is a significant pressure difference between the valve's upstream and downstream sides, and where leakage requirements are not particularly stringent.
