CCKPAS Pneumatic/Electric High-Pressure Single-Seat Angular Control Valve features a valve body made from sectional steel and an integral sleeve-type seat design. This robust construction safeguards the valve body against damage caused by flash vaporization and cavitation. The valve core and seat are hard alloy-built-up, offering excellent resistance to erosion and abrasion. Ideal for use in the chemical and petrochemical industries—particularly well-suited for high-pressure fluid control applications in synthetic ammonia and urea production processes.

The valve features a simple design, with the valve body’s inlet and outlet arranged at a 90° angle, resulting in low flow resistance and high valve capacity. It also offers a wide adjustability range and highly accurate flow characteristics. Because of its angular flow path—free of dead corners and characterized by a straightforward flow configuration—the valve boasts a "self-cleaning" function, making it ideal for applications involving high-viscosity fluids, as well as slurries or particulate-containing flows. Although the angular regulating valve falls under the single-seat valve category, offering minimal leakage, its inherent single-seat design means that as the valve size increases, the allowable pressure differential decreases. Additionally, its simple flow path typically makes it best suited for installations where fluid enters from the bottom and exits from the top—this arrangement ensures enhanced stability during regulation.
