CCKPAS Pneumatic/Electric Angular High-Pressure Cage Regulating Valve features a forged steel, split-body design. The valve core adopts a force-balanced structure, ensuring minimal unbalanced forces. Additionally, the valve internals are hard alloy surfacing welded, which helps reduce damage caused by flash and cavitation. This valve is ideally suited for fluid control applications involving exceptionally high pressure differentials.
The valve features a simple structure, with the valve body’s inlet and outlet arranged at a 90° angle, resulting in low flow resistance and high valve capacity. It also offers a wide adjustability range and highly accurate flow characteristics. Because of its angular flow path design—with no dead corners and a straightforward flow route—the valve boasts a built-in "self-cleaning" function, making it ideal for applications involving high-viscosity fluids, as well as slurries or particulate-containing liquids. Although the angular control valve falls under the single-seat valve category, delivering minimal leakage, its inherent single-seat design limits the allowable pressure drop as the valve size increases. Additionally, the simple flow path typically favors a low-inlet/high-outlet flow direction, which helps ensure stable and reliable control performance.
