CCKPKS High-Pressure Differential Angular Control Valve
Category: CCK Series Angular Control Valve
Product Details
The CCKPKS Pneumatic/Electric Angular High-Pressure Differential Angle Control Valve features a throttling component designed based on the multi-stage pressure-reduction principle to prevent cavitation. The valve body adopts an upper-mounted structure, with a multi-layered, pressure-reducing sleeve-type seat that safeguards the valve body against damage caused by flash vaporization and cavitation. Additionally, the valve core and seat are built with ST alloy overlay welding, offering excellent resistance to erosion. As high-pressure fluid flows from the inlet to the outlet of the throttling assembly, both its pressure and differential pressure gradually decrease in a controlled, stepwise manner—effectively mitigating cavitation and erosion. This valve is ideally suited for applications in the chemical and petrochemical industries, as well as environments where cavitation resistance is critical.

The valve features a simple design, with the valve body’s inlet and outlet arranged at a 90° angle, resulting in low flow resistance and high valve capacity. It also offers a wide adjustability range and highly accurate flow characteristics. Because of its angular flow path—free of dead corners and characterized by a straightforward design—the valve boasts a "self-cleaning" function, making it ideal for applications involving high-viscosity fluids, as well as slurries and particulate-laden flows. Although the angular regulating valve falls under the single-seat valve category, delivering minimal leakage, its inherent single-seat structure means that as the valve size increases, the allowable pressure differential decreases. Additionally, due to its simple flow path, this type of valve is typically installed with fluid flowing from the lower side into the upper side, ensuring enhanced stability during regulation.
