CCKGQ High-Pressure Regulating (Shut-off) Ball Valve
Category: CCK Series Control Ball Valve
Product Details
CCKGQ High-Pressure Control (Shut-off) Ball Valve features a forged valve body designed for exceptional high-pressure resistance. The valve's spherical core employs an eccentric rotary mechanism, significantly reducing friction between the ball and valve seat during operation. As a result, this valve boasts low actuation torque and an extended service life. With its straightforward flow path, it is ideally suited for regulating and precisely controlling high-pressure media applications.

The CCK series of regulating ball valves is primarily characterized by its compact design and reliable sealing performance. The valve consists of key components such as the valve body, valve core, stem, and seat. Its closing member—designed as a sphere—rotates 90° around the stem's axis to achieve smooth opening and closing, making it ideal for remote control applications. When paired with pneumatic piston actuators and accessories, these valves require minimal actuation torque, enabling quick and efficient operation. In both fully open and fully closed positions, the sealing surfaces between the sphere and valve seat remain isolated from the process medium, preventing erosion even when media flows through the valve. This makes the CCK series suitable for handling common working fluids like water, solvents, acids, and natural gas—and also excels in handling more aggressive or challenging media, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane, and ethylene. As a result, these valves have found widespread use across various industries, including vacuum systems, where their robust performance and durability are particularly valuable. Additionally, due to the self-lubricating action during operation, ball valves are well-suited for applications involving media containing suspended solid particles.
