CCKGW High-Temperature Ball Valve
Category: CCK Series Control Ball Valve
Product Details
The CCKGW pneumatic/electric high-temperature ball valve features a metal-seated design, with the valve seat constructed as a fixed-seat configuration at one end and a spring-plus-seat arrangement at the other. Due to thermal expansion of the valve body and internal components under high temperatures, the valve seat may fail to maintain a tight seal against the ball’s sealing surface—however, the integrated spring mechanism helps compensate for this issue. This design is specifically tailored for applications requiring robust, specialized metal-seated structures, ensuring the valve meets the highest technical standards. The valve is primarily used in operating conditions where temperatures exceed 400°C.

The CCK series of regulating ball valves is primarily characterized by its compact design and reliable sealing performance. The valve consists of key components such as the valve body, valve core, stem, and seat. Its closing member—designed as a sphere—rotates 90° around the stem's axis to achieve smooth opening and closing, making it ideal for remote control applications. When paired with pneumatic piston actuators and accessories, these valves require minimal actuation torque, enabling quick and efficient operation. In both fully open and fully closed positions, the sealing surfaces between the sphere and valve seat remain isolated from the process medium, preventing erosion even when media flows through the valve. This makes the CCK series suitable for handling common working fluids like water, solvents, acids, and natural gas—and also excels in handling more challenging media, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane, and ethylene. As a result, these valves have found extensive use across various industries, including vacuum systems, where their robust performance and durability are particularly valuable. Additionally, due to the self-lubricating action during the opening and closing process, the CCK ball valves are well-suited for applications involving media containing suspended solid particles.
