The CCKHM-type straight-through cut-off ball valve is a specialized valve developed specifically to address the severe wear issues common in ore and powder transport systems. The valve features a wear-resistant coating applied via spraying or ceramic materials, while its valve core comes in either V-shaped or O-shaped designs, selected based on the specific process requirements. Notably, the ball core’s straight-through flow path closely matches the inner diameter of the pipeline, ensuring minimal flow resistance, exceptional flow capacity, and superior durability against abrasion, corrosion, and self-cleaning capabilities. This valve is primarily used in piping systems designed for transporting ores, slurries, or liquids containing impurities—such as in applications involving the conveyance and regulation of titanium dioxide and rutile.

The CCK series of regulating ball valves is primarily characterized by its compact design and reliable sealing performance.
