CCKHQ Three-Way Control Ball Valve
Category: CCK Series Control Ball Valve
Product Details
The CCKHO three-way ball valve builds upon the basic O-type straight-through ball valve by adding an additional channel. The ball core features either L-shaped or T-shaped bore passages, allowing users to redirect, split, or combine fluid flow across three branch pipes simply by adjusting the angle between the ball and the pipeline. This versatile valve is widely used for switching the direction of liquid, gas, and steam media, as well as for precise flow ratio adjustment and control. It’s also ideal for handling high-viscosity fluids, including those containing fibers or particulates.

The CCK series of regulating ball valves is primarily characterized by its compact design and reliable sealing performance. The valve consists of key components such as the valve body, valve core, stem, and seat. Its closing member—shaped like a sphere—rotates 90° around the stem's axis to achieve full opening or closing, making it ideal for remote control applications. When paired with pneumatic piston actuators and accessories, these valves require minimal actuation torque, enabling swift and efficient operation. In both fully open and fully closed positions, the sealing surfaces between the sphere and valve seat remain isolated from the process medium, preventing erosion even when media flows through the valve. This makes the CCK series suitable for handling common working fluids like water, solvents, acids, and natural gas—and also for more challenging media, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane, and ethylene. As a result, these valves have found extensive use across various industries, including vacuum systems, where their robust performance under harsh conditions further enhances their versatility. Additionally, the self-lubricating action during the valve’s opening and closing cycle allows it to handle media containing suspended solid particles effectively.
