  • Due to the angular control valve's dead-corner-free flow passages and straightforward flow path, it features a "self-cleaning" function, making it ideal for applications involving high-viscosity fluids, as well as those containing suspended liquids and particulate matter.
  • The angular regulating valve belongs to the single-seat valve category and features low leakage. However, since it retains the single-seat design, the larger the diameter, the smaller the allowable pressure difference.
  • The flow path is simple and typically used with a low-in, side-out flow direction, which helps ensure better stability during regulation.

Features

  The valve body features a forged steel split-type design; the valve core adopts a force-balanced structure, offering the advantage of minimal unbalanced forces. Additionally, the valve internals are built with hard alloy surfacing to minimize damage caused by flash vaporization and cavitation. This valve is ideally suited for fluid control applications involving particularly high pressure differentials.
