The sphere's manufacturing process is closely monitored by advanced computerized inspection systems, ensuring high precision in the sphere's machining.
Since the valve body material matches the pipe material, there will be no uneven stress distribution, and the pipeline remains resistant to aging—neither deforming due to earthquakes nor from vehicles passing over the ground.
The sealing ring body is made from RPTFE material containing 25% carbon, ensuring complete leak-free performance (0%).
Directly buried welded ball valves can be installed directly underground, eliminating the need for large, elaborate valve pits—instead, only a small, shallow well needs to be constructed on the ground surface, significantly reducing both construction costs and project timelines.
The length of the valve body and the height of the valve stem can be adjusted according to the pipeline's construction and design requirements.
The spherical components boast exceptionally precise machining accuracy, operate smoothly and effortlessly, and feature no unwanted interference.
Using high-quality raw materials ensures pressure resistance of PN25 and above.
