Notice on Providing Free On-Site Fault Diagnosis Services for Control Valves

To ChuanKai Valve's Marketing Department, After-Sales Service Department, and our valued new and existing customers:

As a critical component in modern industrial control systems, the control valve's responsiveness directly impacts the quality and precision of the control system. Its role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of process equipment and maintaining safe production practices. Therefore, fault diagnosis and routine maintenance of control valves are critically important. If regular inspections are inadequate and potential issues aren’t identified and addressed promptly, the problem could escalate further, ultimately leading to abnormal valve operation—disrupting the normal flow of the production process and even posing a risk of safety incidents.

To express our gratitude to our existing and new customers for their continued trust and support of our company, on the occasion of our company's establishment... As the 20th anniversary approaches, the company has decided, after careful consideration, to launch a 4-month initiative focused on "Control Valve Fault Diagnosis." Free at-home service event.

1. Target Participants: New and existing customers within the Sichuan-Chongqing region, as well as selected neighboring areas outside the province.

II. Event Time: 2025 0 September 01 Day – December 2025 31 Day.

3. Activity Details: Establish multiple specialized technical teams to conduct on-site visits by area. "Control Valve Fault Diagnosis" Service Mainly includes:

1. Impurities, crystals, or polymers inside the pipeline enter the clearance between the guide sleeve, or the valve becomes stuck and blocked due to excessive friction at the guiding area.

2. Due to the different materials used for the valve body and the guide sleeves within the valve internals, their thermal expansion coefficients vary at elevated temperatures, leading to jamming as the gap between them cannot accommodate the resulting thermal expansion.

3. Medium leakage occurs due to substandard packing quality, resulting in a decline in packing contact pressure, or due to the aging of the packing itself.

4. Due to the long-term corrosion (erosion or cavitation), erosion, and wear of the medium, issues such as mismatched valve cores and seats, as well as damage to the sealing elements, can occur, leading to internal leakage in the valve.

5. Valve failure due to malfunctions in control valve accessories (such as positioners, solenoid valves, limit switches, and filter-regulator units), resulting in the valve failing to actuate or not fully opening/closing. Issues such as insufficient adjustment accuracy;

6. Pneumatic actuator failures caused by issues such as O-ring damage, piston deformation, or rusting of the linkage mechanism.

This free diagnostic event covers, but is not limited to, the control valve failures listed above. We kindly ask all new and existing customers to actively complete the attached form, so our company can promptly reach out to the relevant contacts at your organization and coordinate the specific timing for the event.
