Notice on Launching Free On-Site Fault Diagnosis Services for Control Valves

ChuanKai Valve Marketing Department, After-Sales Service Department, and Our Valued New and Existing Customers:

As a critical component in modern industrial control systems that enables precise control, the sensitivity of control valves directly impacts the quality and accuracy of the system. This makes them indispensable in ensuring the smooth operation of process equipment and maintaining safe production practices. Therefore, fault diagnosis and daily maintenance of control valves are crucial. If routine inspections are inadequate and potential issues are not identified and addressed promptly, it could lead to further escalation of problems, ultimately causing abnormal valve operations that disrupt the normal production process—and may even result in safety incidents.

To express our gratitude to both new and existing customers for their continued trust and support of our company since its establishment, As the 20th anniversary approaches, the company has decided, after careful consideration, to launch a four-month initiative titled "Control Valve Fault Diagnosis." Free door-to-door service event.

I. Target Participants: New and existing customers within the Sichuan-Chongqing region, or from select nearby provinces outside the region.

II. Event Time: 2025 0 September 01 Day – December 2025 31 Day.

III. Activity Details: Establish multiple professional technical teams to conduct on-site visits by designated areas. "Control Valve Fault Diagnosis" Service Mainly includes:

1. Impurities, crystals, and polymers inside the pipeline enter the clearance between the guide sleeve, or the valve becomes stuck and blocked due to excessive friction at the guiding area.

2. Due to the different materials used for the valve body and the guide sleeves within the valve internals, their thermal expansion coefficients vary at certain high temperatures, leading to jamming as the gap between them cannot compensate for thermal expansion.

3. Media leakage is caused by issues such as substandard packing quality, decay of packing contact pressure, or aging of the packing material itself.

4. Due to the long-term corrosion (erosion or cavitation), erosion, and wear of the medium, the valve core and valve seat become mismatched, leading to damage in the sealing pair and, consequently, internal leakage in the valve.

5. Valve malfunction caused by failures in control valve accessories (such as positioners, solenoid valves, limit switches, and filter-regulator units), resulting in the valve failing to actuate or not fully opening/closing. Issues such as insufficient adjustment accuracy;

6. Pneumatic actuator failures caused by issues such as O-ring damage, piston deformation, or rusting of linkage mechanisms.

This free diagnostic event covers, but is not limited to, the aforementioned control valve failures. Please kindly encourage both new and existing customers to actively complete the attached form, so our company can promptly reach out to the relevant contacts at your organization and coordinate the specific timing for the event.
