As a critical component for achieving control in modern industrial control systems, the actuation responsiveness of control valves directly affects the quality and accuracy of the control system, making them of paramount importance in ensuring the normal operation and safe production of process units. ； Therefore, fault diagnosis and routine maintenance of control valves are of paramount importance. Inadequate routine inspections that fail to promptly identify and address potential hazards can lead to further escalation of problems, ultimately resulting in abnormal valve operation, disrupting normal process operations, and even posing safety risks.

I. Eligible Participants: New and existing customers within Sichuan and Chongqing, as well as in select neighboring regions outside the two provinces.

II. Event Time: 2025 0 September 01 Day - December 2025 31 Day.

III. Activity Content: Establish multiple specialized technical teams to conduct on-site services by designated areas. “Control Valve Fault Diagnosis” Service 。 Mainly includes:

1. Impurities, crystallization, and polymers within the pipeline enter the clearance of the guide sleeve, or excessive friction at the guiding portion causes the valve to jam and become blocked;

2. Due to the use of different materials for the valve body and the guide sleeves within the valve internals, their coefficients of thermal expansion differ at elevated temperatures, resulting in an inability to compensate for thermal expansion through the clearance between them and causing sticking or jamming.

3. External leakage of the process medium occurs due to substandard packing quality, decay of packing contact pressure, or aging of the packing itself.

4. Long-term corrosion (erosion or cavitation), scouring, and wear of the process medium can lead to misalignment between the valve plug and seat, damage to the sealing pair, and other issues, resulting in internal leakage of the valve.

5. Valve failure due to malfunctions in control valve accessories (such as positioners, solenoid valves, limit switches, and filter-regulator valves), resulting in the valve failing to operate or the switch not reaching its full travel. ， Insufficient adjustment accuracy and other related issues;

6. Pneumatic actuator malfunctions caused by factors such as O-ring damage, piston deformation, or rusting of the linkage mechanism.
